I dun use atm so I've decided to surrender my card. My Bank's policy says that I need to physically submit the card as well (with an application letter ofcourse).

I've hotlisted it last night but do I need to cut it too before surrendering?

I dun really trust the staff members there, coz at the time of account op, I had asked em that do I need this card for activating upi , they said yes it's mandatory, but I was able to do it with aadhar card.

So yes they're pretty unreliable.

So I want to cut it but jus wanna be sure it won't become a problem later.
