Hi! I’m subleasing my room in Weyburn Terrace for the summer. It’s a private bedroom + private bathroom in a furnished 2B/2B townhouse, about a 10-minute walk to campus/Westwood.
Dates: June 18 – September 18 preferred. Some flexibility on start/end dates, especially for someone taking most of the period. Earlier start or later end may be possible.
Rent: $1,500/month, utilities + internet included
Full-stay deal: $4,200 flat for June 18 – September 18
Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit
UCLA townhouse contract rate: $1,794.83/month
Included: utilities, internet, kitchen access, dishwasher, central AC/heating, kitchenware, TVs in both the private room and living room, and in-building laundry
Parking: in-building parking can be rented separately through UCLA at additional cost for UCLA-affiliated subletters
Good fit for a UCLA summer-session student, visiting student/researcher, postdoc/resident/fellow, or intern with student status. Eligibility is 21+ and current university student or UCLA-affiliated eligible person. Official UCLA Housing approval applies.
