The ChatGPT copy paste grind was killing my time. I wanted a true One Click system to do entire Job Application Process, so I built cvApplyr.

Here is why its better than using ChatGPT only:

Setup Once: Add your resume, photo, and signature. No repetitive prompting ever again. You don't even need to write a single prompt.
Auto-Research: Just paste the employer's website URL. The app researches them for you.
Perfect PDFs: It bypasses raw text and instantly generates a formatted PDF with your photo, signature, and highlighted keywords. (See attached image!)
One Click Dispatch: It drafts an engaging email body and sends the application from your account (that you used to login).
Batch Apply: Send to multiple employers simultaneously with just one click.

I am planning to launch this on Product Hunt soon. Since this will be my first major launch, I’d love any brutal feedback from the PH community on the app or the PDF output before I go live!

Recently, I launched an iOS app called **CVApplyr**. It’s an AI tool designed to kill the tedious process of writing cover letters. You just upload your resume/signature once, paste the URL of an employer's website, and it instantly generates a beautifully formatted, highly tailored cover letter.

I was applying to about 20 jobs a day and realized I was spending 80% of my time tweaking cover letters that recruiters probably don't even read.

I ended up building a little iOS tool for myself. I upload my resume once, paste the URL of the company I'm applying to, and it generates a perfectly formatted letter with my signature attached.

Honestly, it’s saved my sanity. Has anyone else completely given up on writing manual cover letters? Are you guys just using ChatGPT or just skipping them entirely?
