Okay so, i am a person that needs a lot of sleep, i am exhausted by just waking up if that somehow makes sense, and for a while i would just sleep 4h by 4h, i am now back at a normal (ish) sleep schedule.
But tonight i woke up at 3:30 am, (slept around midnight) And i could NOT fall back asleep, i tried just staying in bed for a good 30 minutes but then i started being hungry and my leg was hurting, so i got up to eat something and went right back to bed, tried to sleep again, nothing, so i did to good old sheep method, didnt work, tried reading, didnt work, tried imagining scenarios, didnt work, tried meditating, not working.
it is now 5:44 am and i have a long day tomorrow so i don't know what to do i am lost 🥲
