Credit Card Issue at studios in Dallas area
Is anyone else experiencing the credit card issue affecting some of the DFW studios?
About a week ago, I received an email that my payment didn’t go through, so I called the Southlake studio (my home location). They let me know it wasn’t an issue with my card, but rather a system issue impacting multiple locations in the area.
I updated my card information just in case, but the issue persisted. I’ve been told this is ongoing and still under investigation. In the meantime, I’m unable to book classes at other studios, and the Southlake location has to manually book classes for me.
Since I no longer live in the area and attend a different studio, this has been pretty inconvenient. I followed up again today and was told the issue is still being worked on—it's now been over a week.
Is anyone else running into this? Would appreciate any updates or workarounds.
