Hey all kinda confused here about my maintenance I work an office job and am 5’3 107 lbs. I get around 7000 steps a day with that including one 30 minute walk a day. I don’t know what to use? I heard that if ur not moving a lot even with a 30 minute walk a day you are sedentary
