If you’re confused about running shoes, this is the simplest way to think about it
When I first started getting into running more, I had no idea what shoes I actually needed. Every video/article made it seem like you need a whole lineup.
What made it way simpler for me:
- 1 everyday shoe for most runs
- 1 faster shoe for workouts or races
That’s it. You really don’t need much more unless you want to.
I think people overcomplicate it and end up buying stuff they don’t actually need.
