For all the posts asking if a tire can still be driven, or repaired

There are reasons why manufacturers tell people after 10yrs, change your tires, look for dry rot, and don’t repair just replace if damage is in a certain area. It’s for your driving safety as well as the people working on them.

Apparently this happened recently. It could be poor technique, not using all the safety resources, and it could also be the condition of the tire/rim.
