Messy gallery with hundreds photos or a tool that helps? :/

Hey everyone, I’m a host and I also spend my time building automation tools..

I got tired of losing disputes because my check-in photos lacked "verifiable" metadata that AirCover actually accepts. A messy phone gallery just doesn't cut it anymore.

So, I built small tool. It’s a simple web-app that:

  1. Locks GPS & Timestamps directly into the inspection report.
  2. Generates a tamper-evident PDF/Link for the guest or Airbnb support.
  3. Allows side-by-side comparison of check-in vs check-out.

I’m curious... for those managing multiple units, how are you currently handling property condition reports? Is anyone else using custom workflows for this, or are you using the big PM platforms?

I'd love some feedback from all of you!!

Messy gallery of 200+ photos is a nightmare..

Hey everyone! I’m trying to professionalize my hosting business and move away from just having a messy gallery of 200 photos on my phone for every guest.

I’ve been working on a workflow where I generate a single, timestamped PDF report for every check-in and check-out to keep things organized. It includes GPS data just to have a clean record for my own files and insurance.

How do you guys manage your property condition records? Do you use a specific app or just cloud folders? I'm looking for a way to automate this into a single PDF because manually sorting photos is killing my productivity. Does anyone have a workflow for this?
