Bought fake cards
Last week I spent $433 on a 23 card Pokemon lot from @sports_card_hub (AVOID) on whatnot. I guess I should have been cautious ordering Pokemon cards from a sports account, but he seemed decently trustworthy. I’m a sports card seller myself, but do Pokemon purely for collecting and grading, so I didn’t think much of it.
Well I got the package in the mail today and they’re all guaranteed to be fake. The colorings off, the print is blurry on some of them, the holo foils are all different and improper, and I’ve even ripped 3 of them so far.
I recorded myself opening the package and have taken pictures of all the ones I’ve ripped. I opened a ticket with Whatnot, but with what so many people seem to say, I’m scared their support service won’t help me. Any advice? And odds I actually get my money back?
