I have a front livewell leak coming from the front livewell drain. I’ve plugged the drain hole for lover wells at transom and never take on water when I go to drain boat after running. However if I remove lover well drain plug at transom I take on water and it comes from the front livewell nothing visible inside bilge area and this is the only area it could be. I also installed a isolation valve preventing the front livewell from filling , further validating its at the drain fitting.There is a carpeted panel that is preventing me from gaining access. Does anyone know on these Starweld boats of these are typically fastened together by stainless steel screws that are embedded below the carpet material? Any and all advice is appreciated .

I have a Minn Kota Terrova 24v. I recently replaced my 60” shaft with a 72” one. Ran never power cables so I didn’t have to splice . Took it out on the water and no issues with power, everything worked great in that aspect. However when I set a heading, it would work for a little while and then all the sudden lose its mind and make drastic turns and try to wrap itself. During this time it was in legacy mode. I’ve paired remote to trolling motor and paired heading sensor to trolling motor. Any suggestions on what his could be ? My upgrade didn’t have anything to do with communication cable from the head, perhaps just coincidence .
