So after a few months, I’ve basically gathered most of the necessary FNaF lore I needed to piece things together myself. However, there’s still one thing I don’t understand:
The sole purpose of UCN is that Afton is being kept in a hell of his own making by, from what I’ve read, the vengeful spirit Cassidy (a victim of the MCI and the inhabiter of Golden Freddy). This occurrence only happened after Cassidy linked her soul to Afton’s after the events of the FNaF 6 fire so that he could not move on to the afterlife. Now, one of the only ways Cassidy could get here is if she was apart of Molten Freddy, and going all the way back to the origin of the remnant used for Moltie leaves us in the time period right after the closure of the FNaF 1 building (“Follow Me“ minigame) in which Afton is shown dismantling Freddy’s gang in order to turn them into remnant.
My question is: How the actual frick did he manage to dismantle Goldie? Yes, I know it’s not shown in the ”Follow Me” minigame, but Cassidy is clearly shown confronting him into the Springbonnie suit eventually, and she‘s also (according to my theory) apart of the remnant used for the Funtimes and so forth. Did William just have a full-on offscreen fight with a godlike 4th wall breaking animatronic and come out on top?
