I hit the gym pretty early and usually grab an acai bowl after, but I was hitting a massive wall by 10 AM. I realized those bowls are usually just sugar bombs blended with juice to hide the sour taste.

I decided to try something else and swapped the fruit for ube superfood powder. Since it is a root vegetable, it has more fiber and resistant starch, so it doesn't dump sugar into your system all at once.

I blend the ube powder with almond milk and it makes the texture super creamy, almost like a healthy vanilla cake bowl. My energy stays way more stable now. If you're tired of that shaky feeling after a smoothie, you should definitely try it.

Starting my first dose on friday and trying to justify how expensive this stuff is. My biggest issue right now is caving to cravings and wasting insane amounts of money on doordash. I'm wondering if the appetite suppression is strong enough that it basically pays for itself? Did you guys notice you were breaking even or actually coming out ahead financially just because you stopped spending so much cash on takeout?

I have lived here my whole life and I know the drill. You have to get your cooling sorted before May or you are going to suffer. My main unit has been limping along for two years and it finally gave up the ghost on Tuesday.

Every single company I call in the metroplex gives me the exact same outrageous price to replace it. It feels like a cartel at this point. I am seriously contemplating ordering a costway 5 ton ducted heat pump system myself and just paying my neighbor to help me set the equipment on the pad. I would only need to hire a tech for an hour to do the final vacuum and charge. Have any of you bypassed these massive private equity HVAC companies and handled a replacement yourself? I am tired of being treated like an ATM
