So I just recently wanted to join freepik. I was supposed to get the premium plan but by accident I upgraded to the basic plan. Anywho I contacted the freepik through the bot and a case number was generated with the bot telling me that I can upgrade to premium today and all I’ll have to do is pay the difference (I did a yearly plan) it’s been a couple days and still no correspondence from anyone at freepik.

I had a look at the website and there’s no number either that I can call. How the hell does one get in contact with them.

If someone from the freepik/Magnific team can help at all my case number is 01607188.
