I once did growing crystals for school science fair, and I’m now realizing how cool it actually was. For my first crystal, I want to try baking soda. I’ve already gotten a (hopefully) saturated solution, and I am attempting to grow seed crystals as a next step. But I am unsure what to do next. Any help?
One other question:
I am aware that baking soda thermally decomposes into sodium carbonate, but will this affect the crystal at all? And does it still happen in water?
