Looking to start J2 in a few days.
I know my schedule with J1, 4-5 (30min-1hr) meetings weekly and they rarely get rescheduled (but have before).
I don’t know what J2s scheduled meetings look like right now but I’d like to be over-prepared.
Any tips or tricks on what others have done that’s worked such as (prematurely creating blocks on calendar)? TIA

I’ve been at J2 now for 3 months and it pays more.
Job security for J1 is more secure (but not by a lot) than J2.

Under what circumstances for those who have 2Js or more does one of the Js become your main over your previous main J1? Please elaborate 🙏.

So how does it work? You have J1. You apply for J2 and it says you’re currently at J1. You get J2, and start in 2 weeks, and just never resign from J1?
