I saw a 1BHK listing in DLF Kakkanad for 15,500 on 99 acres. When I enquired he said its available and he is out of station. So for me to visit, I have to meet the society manager with a visitors card and to issue the visitors card, I have to sent him my ID, photo and 2000rs. And the 2000rs is refundable.

Can dlf people confirm if this is actually scam?
