Why is this system so broken.

We get a parking ticket. Try to pay it immediately as to not forget and to not have increases. Okay. Maybe it takes 1 day. Then try again today. Still not online

Call 311. Ticket isn’t uploaded for 30 days. But if not paid it 14 days. We will get a summons. And if not paid in 60 days then the price goes up.

Options to pay is online. Yet not possible.

Why does the city struggle on so many fronts that technology.
