URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER NEEDED
Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for next academic year as soon as possible.
It’s a room in a 6-bed student house on Crookes Road, Sheffield. Great student location, close to shops and easy to get to the University of Sheffield. Bills are included.
Rent is around £120 per week. The tenancy starts 1st July 2026.
I’m only giving it up because of financial reasons, so I really need to find someone to replace me quickly. Everything would be sorted properly through M3 Lettings, so it would be an official tenancy takeover.
