I'm probably going to be in ocean city in very early june, what are some good routes that are as safe as possible for rides without having to really deal with traffic, thanks in advance.

what would you guys advise a 14m to do for tapering for a 14 mile xcm format race, my current volume riding is around 7 hours 40 minutes and the race is next Sunday, thanks in advance.
