Neighbor has 100 psi, I have 40 psi.
House built in 1965, located in seattle. The hose bib nearest water supply reads 40 PSI. Decreases slightly with a faucet on. Located at the bottom of a big hill and next-door neighbor has 100+ PSI. I dug out the meter and shutoff at the street and don’t see a PRV. I haven’t found a main line shutoff in the house yet. My bill isn’t high so I assume not a leak. My next step is going into the crawlspace to see if there’s a PRV somewhere near where the supply enters.
Is there any chance it’s located deeper in the meter box? It was all buried under 6” of dirt.
What else could be the culprit?
