I have been struggling for a year now with logging into epic games, I transitioned from PlayStation to pc, and lost full access to my epic games account, especially when I lost my phone where I get my 2FA codes. I decided to try logging in with my PlayStation account, because I'm pretty sure they were linked. But of course, I cant log in, thanks 2FA. I found my backup codes on a old Hard Drive, a screenshot of my 10 backup codes, but for some reason they are only 6 digits, online it says that they are 10 digits, but alright, I try to enter them, Invalid backup codes. Yay, I'm pressed into a corner now😢. Also, I saved 2 numbers to my psn account, the "primary" one, is the one I lost. I have access to my second phone number, I can change my password with it, but I cant log in with it. If anyone could please give me a bit of hope, It would be much appreciated.
