I have a 2013 ford fusion. I noticed a smell coming from the car after driving it 3 days ago I tracked it down and it was the driver rear tire. It was hot to the touch and so what the rotor. I jacked up the car and tried to spin it by hand and it is indeed stuck. I changed the caliper thinking it was that. Didn’t fix it. I changed the break line didn’t fix it. I changed the rotor cause the old one was grooved in the back. I did put it in service mode while doing this as the cars manual states and I have done previously changing the breaks. I order a new parking break actuator and also changed that. It’s like everything time I put it in service mode press the caliper back in set the caliper and breaks back on the rotor it remains free untill I take it out of service mode then locks back up. It’s only this side the opposite side spins free and easy as you would expect
