Just found out from work I'd have the days off to attend, but the event is at capacity on the website. That's fair as registration ends on the 15th, but the problem I'm having is the wait list option not working. I'm unable to confirm that I've joined the wait list through Cvent.

I've sent an email to support, but I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar experience or any insight. Has anyone had success being added to the waitlist?
