I have been a LO for about 1.5 yrs now. I did 25 million in my first year (all self generated). I didn’t really go after realtors I focused more on buyers.

We had a really good program that I presented at open houses that drove buyers to me.

I am looking to go more realtor based to grow.

I have tried cold calling and have gotten feedback from the couple realtors I know saying they get multiple calls from lenders a day and wouldn’t work with those lenders.

I connect well with realtors in person but have trouble with follow up which hurts me the most.

I know it’s a numbers game with cold calling and it can work but is there a better way?

Would love feedback from LOs and Realtors on this.
