Tumble dry is extremely poor
I live alone. I don't have a washing machine, so i thought I'd use tumble dry. (mistake no 1). And since I was going to use it on a regular basis I thought I'd take a membership because there was a 20% discount on it. (mistake no 2).
I wasn't able to pick up the call once, no one showed up at my door for pick up. They texted me to reschedule. I rescheduled and again no one came. I called the store, then a guy to pickup. I had 4 bed sheets.. they weighed around 1.8k. it was wash and fold which is 85 rupees per kg. so the guy started rambling that 350 is the minimum order value then for fuck sake mention it on you fuck all app.
Similar thing happened. I booked the same service for my clothes in feb. It had a couple of winter clothes. I'll paste a screenshot of their list. no were it's mentioned that it's different for winter clothes. I didn't say anything. I was first time user, I didn't get any 20% discount which they give on first time using it. it's a fuck all service. I am so pissed. and they are so petty, that they increased the weight of my clothes in the billing by 300 gms from what they had shown me at my door.
don't write false claims if you can't stand by them.. ughhh!
