Can i apply for a restoration of sp ( masters) and sowp whiles my spouse also apply for restoration of work permit and sowp at the same time in canada and is it going to create problem ?

Her t13 work permit extension and swop was refused a week ago.

Did anyone here recently restore or apply for a new study permit (phd) and received approval?

I applied for a study permit and sowp on 20th April inside canada and no update yet.
