Non-isometric RPGs(or mods for said RPGs) with tons of build diversity that I can sink tons of time into?

Hallo! I'm on PC and I'm looking for games that will allow me to sink a ton of time experimenting with different builds and approaches. I'm ok with having a crazy overpowered character or build, so long as there are a metric ton of different varieties that I can experiment with. The less linear and restricting, the better. Games I have played so far that fit this that I LOVE

\- Skyrim

\- Cyberpunk

\- Fallout NV

\- Terraria

\- The Soulsborne Series

To me, the thing I enjoyed the most about these games of course was the ability to invent my own backstory and characters. Each playthrough I had was one where I felt like I was making the character from the ground up. The thing I wasn't too big was the more quest-centric focus for some of these. I love quests, dont get me wrong, but when I can't just roam the world and progress that way and am forced into quests just to have an easier time getting overpowered, I feel like that takes away from the exploration.

Also mods/total conversion overhauls work too

Modpack with a ton of different builds for a bunch of playthroughs?

I’m looking for an experience where I have an immense amount of different build options and RP opportunities. I’m planning on doing a bunch of exploratory playthroughs, each with a different backstory and character, making up little challenges and unique scenarios along the way. I had someone tell me that Requiem/3Tweaks would be the best way to do this, someone else recommended enderal.

According to you guys, which mod packs could I use to accomplish this approach of multiple playthroughs with crazy amounts of build diversity?

Satisfying first/third person perspective management games with a gameplay loop like Schedule 1 or Weed Shop Sim 3

I am looking for tycoon games with very satisfying senses of progression and a 1st or 3rd person perspective. Doesn't matter what I'm doing, doesn't have to be related to an illicit business, I'm just looking for games where you can feel yourself getting more powerful overtime as your empire grows.

Survival games with a PvE focus where you gear up to raid locations, either for a boss or for special loot?

Looking to find a game where each prep period is gearing up to go to a new area or fight a new boss, going back to the base and prepping to basically conquer and explore new locations. The cooler and more unique said locations the better, a game I can think of that fits this would be Abiotic Factor
