Coal Power Plant with 48 Generators. Its barely a upgrade from a simple box but its a start.

At what stage of the game do you start working on aesthetic factories?
I started a new game with the goal of building a aesthetic network of factories like the ones i occasionally see on this subreddit but all the aesthetics are locked behind awesome shop and i need like 150 tickets to get all of them. Im also 4x4 bound on the blueprint which has way too little room. Do i just progress with spaghetti factory till i unlock oil or is there a trick in acquiring the necessary stuff fast?
