This game is like a dream come true to me, but before I buy I wanted to ask: Is it possible to use a keyboard and flight stick in conjunction?

I bought the T16000M a few years back, but never used it (DCS prices). As it turns out, the throttle for it now bugs out and jumps around, making it unusable. and while I could use the little slider thingy, w and s work just fine.
