Hello, my name is Craig and i'm looking for an Ai engineer for a software company, specifically for financial advisors, in the UK.
I'm currently a financial advisor myself and have seen first hand how advice is shifting to more human led with less admin burden due to Ai. However, i would argue current solutions aren't really at the full potential they could be with todays technology. Without going into too much detail, this is something i have been researching for the past 6 months and looking for someone to build with.
This could be as a contractor, employee or if the fit is right, we can go down the co-founders route, 50/50 is how we will do things in terms of equity. (its only fair)
Ideally, i would want someone who understands UK FCA + Consumer Duty regulations.
Who has experience in the Fintech sector.
Who has genuine confidence with backend development, in a heavily regulated industry.
It is also key that they share the same values and beliefs, meaning the users and customers always come first and we iterate and iterate on the product until users cannot pick out one thing they wish was better, shipping out new ideas, and innovating frequently. Also, I need someone who is prepared for a very hard few years ahead, im not going to sugarcoat it, but we will certainly reap the rewards.
