I am 24 days post op and I still have a good amount of dissolvable stitches. Is this normal?

I’m 22 days post op I’m not sure what technique I had I just know they did both sides. Recovery has been horrible for me and I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I noticed I still have one dissolvable stitch and I find it to be near the area that I’m having really bad sensitivity where it’s almost painful. Is this normal?
