Hey! I’m trying to identify and replace these old cabinet hinges, but I can’t seem to find the same type online.

I need 4 new ones. The original hinges are covered in old paint, and since I’m repainting all the cabinets anyway, I thought it would be a good time to replace them.

Does anyone know what this style of hinge is called, or where I might be able to find something similar? They seem to be surface-mounted/overlay cabinet hinges, possibly an older type. Located in Northern Europe.
