I gather from other post, the answer is yes but someone reassure me. OCD,adhd, anxiety
Prescribed Xanax and still the meds have me waking up and not being able to sleep been on 20 mg for around 2 months and 10 a month before that also the diarrhea (I have ibs too so that probably doesn’t help) and super vivid dreams.
Been having a lot of breakthrough anxiety lately considering going up a dose but could just be cause I’m under a lot of stress right now
