Stopover Program Query?

So my husband and I are traveling to the UK but decided to book using the stopover program. We selected flights applicable for the way there and back, hoping to stop in Istanbul both times.

We booked separately so that I could use a voucher on one of the bookings and when I went to use the portal to book a room, it only let me select a single room (I guess because it was a booking for 1).

So I emailed asking if they could book for me and my husband and they sent me forms to fill out but then replied that we can either use the scheme on our return or our outbound flight - not both.

I didn't realise this so now I'm thinking if it'd be possible for me to book an outbound stopover using the portal on my booking and a return stopover using the portal on my husband's bookings and we both just stay in the single room.

Has anyone tried this before?

Trampoline Training Centre for Athletes?

My husband is a professional skier but we are moving from where we met abroad back to Birmingham because of my work. He can spend ski season out of the country but I'm looking for a place for him to train off-season. Usually he goes to this trampoline place that is for ski/snowboard athletes so I'm looking for something similar in Birmingham/West Midlands. Anywhere within an hour drive is preferable but if anyone knows of any places throughout the UK, please let know.

I know we have quite a few trampoline parks in Birmingham for kids and such but was wondering if there's anything geared towards athletes. I did have a search online but couldn't find much.

Bad cramps after Copper IUD insertion

I got a copper iud inserted on Thursday (5 days ago) and the procedure was just as i read it would be online with the cramping and everything. I did see that I should expect cramping for a bit after the insertion, but I don't think i expected it to be like this at all. I get mild/moderate periods with some cramping but nothing wild. And I thought it would feel like that but it's so much worse 😭😭.

I've got cramping and back pain and it's like constant. I'd been taking ibuprofen and co codamol but was worried about using co codamol for a long period so switched to just using ibuprofen + paracetamol yesterday and ngl it only mildly numbed the pain.

I got a tens machine that arrived last time. It's helping but i still feel thr pain in the half second between each pulse.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with the pain?

... and my tens machine just ran out of charge as I typed this :")
