1 mo. Old Starter Won’t Double
Hi! I am almost a month into my starter from scratch and it gets super bubbly, but won’t double in size. I’m currently feeding at a 1:2:2 ratio and during this last month I’ve probably fed at a 1:3:2 ratio about three times. Keeping in my microwave with the light on after feeding because my oven light is out. Using bread flour and tap water to feed. Photos are about eight hours after feeding. TIA!
