I was living paycheck to paycheck so I increased my income. I have a spending issue and I would like advice on how to save money.

Hi, I am a 33 year old single person living in OR. I was working full time, only making around $2,000 a month ($1,060 every two weeks after Insurance payments came out) and realized that I was barely scraping by. So I decided to increase my income. I rented out my spare room in the apartment I live in, and I also got a 2cnd job. Now I make $1,060 after taxes every two weeks from job #1, and I make $1,134 after taxes every two weeks from job #2, plus an additional $600 a month from my roomate. So that's about $4,988 a month. I have put my expenses below.

Me: Single, 2 cats

Income: $4,988 total

Expenses:

\- Rent: $1168 (2bd apt)

\- Utilities (water, sewage, gas, electric, internet): $250

\- Groceries: $200 \*roomate helps with food too*

\- Pet insurance: (haven't gotten it yet)

\- bus pass: $45

\- Debt repayment: $30

\- Subscriptions: $100

\- Shopping: $200

\- Dining: $100

\- Savings: $200

\- Cellphone: $58

\- money for family:$350

\-Furniture bill:$110

\- Debt: about $4,000 (Credit cards, medical bills)

After all my bills I now have about $2,177 left over each month. My question is, what's the best thing I should do with this money?. I have a ROTH IRA that I am hoping to put $583 in each month. Im honestly happy with my income increase, but overwhelmed as well. I have a spending problem, how did you overcome your spending issue if you had one?. I have never been good with money and want to become better.

Thank you in advance for any help.
