Hello everyone, I am a 42 year old male who is on disability due to my medical health conditions, as well as mental health, I have a back disease called Ankylosing spondylitis A.S for short term, I also have vary damaged sciatic nerve problems which causes my arms an legs to flar around uncontrollable, and I also will faint unconscious randomly and whatever is in my hand at that time will end up being thrown across the room, due to these reasons I am unable to work or drive, I am also a single father of three beautiful girls 11,17,21 I am having a difficult time trying to make ends meet this month but unfortunately I am not able to do this on my own at this moment in time.
