I’ve been on reta for about a month now and have noticed two things I need advice on
I have less stamina to work out, I’m afraid of losing muscle the way I did on sema so it’s been harder for me to build that back.
My hip dip has increased on one side?? This generally happens when I lose weight but it looks even worse than last time. Does anyone have tips to avoid this? I’m afraid if I lose more weight it’s going to get worse. I’m naturally hour glass shaped but this seems to be where I always lose fat first.
