Look for renter friendly way to make this door smart

Hi, I moved to a new country and I'm renting a place. I would like to make my main door smart, by using the our phones to unlock it. I watched videos on Nuki Smart Lock Pro and SwitchBot alternative but they all seem to required a key from the inside, but I have this strange mechanism from the inside.

Any ideas on how to make this smart while making it reversible when I stop renting?
