I recently got a second hand s23 ultra and the black lock screen does not dim. I have tried every fix going but with no luck. The phone was refurbished and the screen might have been changed. All investigations would suggest the screen is OK and operating as it should. I don't wan to go down that rabbit hole if it would not effect the brightness. Anyone got any tips on fixing this? Changing any setting does nothing.
