Not sure what I’ve got going on here. When the lights first come on, one of my plants looks completely overwatered... droopy leaves, looking sad af. After a few hours, it starts to perk up, and by the next morning it looks pretty normal again. Rinse and repeat for about a week.
- Medium: 70/30 coco/perlite
- System: AutoPot Tray2Grow (no drainage layer)
- PPFD: 500ish as of last night, was closer to 400 all last week
- Reservoir/tray pH: steady at 5.8
- Feeding Jack's 3-2-1 at exactly those ratios
No issues without a drainage layer before.
I have another plant in there that looks perfectly fine.
I tried elevating the pot on a microgreens tray for a few days to get it off the capillary mat and let things dry out a bit. That actually seemed to help. But as soon as I put it back on the mat (last night), right back to square one.
It feels like over watering, but I didn’t think that was really possible with a plant this size (any size) in 70/30 coco/perlite.
Any ideas?
