Hi everyone (23F) here looking to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Denver with my roommate (23F) in Denver area. We really want a walkable neighborhood like coffee shops, nightlife, dog parks, etc. We've liked the neighborhoods of RiNo, Five Points, Whittier, Cap Hill, City Park. We have a dog and a cat and two vehicles so pet-friendly and non-insane parking situations would be a huge plus!

Any leads on apartments that have good deals going on, such as x weeks free spread over lease term or first month's rent free?
