I'm a 3rd-year engineering student looking for a single occupancy room, PG, or a spot in a pre-occupied flat near VIT Pune (Bibwewadi, Upper Indira Nagar, or Katraj).

I'll need the accommodation for about a year as I wrap up my final year (graduating in June 2027).

What I'm looking for:

• Single occupancy (private room).
• Basic amenities (WiFi, cleaning service, decent food nearby).
• A clean and relatively chill environment.
