Started mid last year as an A2, and I've read about how first year associates get a default Tier 3 for CRT. I've been into 3 engagements, two of which are big projects, and my utilization rate exceeds target. I've gotten 'Ready to be considered for a role at the next level' for all my initiated snapshots and for comments, I would say they are all good.

If we all get a Tier 3, what happens to my snapshots? I worked hard since I started working here, and I feel it would be a waste for those snapshots lol.
