I have a very old Macbook Air - 2014 model - Intel i5 chip

It's not detecting its battery. I used google and gemini to try and figure out possible issues. But I couldn't fix anything on my own as it's not a software issue, but possibly a hardware issue with some sensor or connection.

Since the laptop is so old I don't want to spend a lot of money on it, but I can't afford a new one either right now.

Where can I get it checked or fixed in a reliable and economical way?
