Old flower sure hits hard
A few days ago I opened up a 28g bag of Cuban Lynx that was over a year old. Some of that time is on me .... But it was not fresh when I bought it either. Just a good deal. It is a little drier than I like, the nose is not as strong as usual either. I put the oz in a jar with a couple apple pieces and have tried various methods of consumption after a day in the jar. I tried some in my ball vape and that was ok, but not entirely what I expected. Tried a capsule in my mighty but still not super excited about it even trying a few temperatures to find a sweet spot. I used my reducer with a dosing capsule on my volcano hybrid. Cannot finish one bag.... This absolutely crushes me. I let the flower sit on top while it warms up. I give it a couple extra minutes. Turn the air on, wait 2 seconds and put the bag on.
It just amazes me this old weed, still has decent flavor and hits so hard using .2gm at 380 degf. From a bag. Another strain like Rainbow Pave, or Blue Gumdrops is better in my ball vape. Who would have thought. Hindu Glue is a toss up between volcano and ball vape. Both are a tasty treat. Methods do make a difference, just like temperature.
When the only option for me is to smoke, I never get this high from smoking 1gm prerolls. I am lucky to have all the top options to play with. This was a surprise it got me so freaking high. Not sure if I would run out and try to find more of this old stuff ..... I feel like I might have a unicorn here.... Cuban Lynx is a standard for me . I have never been destroyed like this with so little.
