how does McK Bay Area office recruiting work + R2 advice

I just got my R2 for the Bay Area offices

the email says that if we were to get an offer we get to choose between Sillicon Valley or SF office. does that mean they accept more ppl than one office typically would?

also, what are R2 specific tips? i didn't get too much feedback after my R1 so interested to know what would be different.

UPDATE: SBA role

I have my first stories pretty solid but I don't really have the time to solidify my backup stories. How likely is it that they'll have me switch?

For context, this is R1 for SBA. Everyone I've talked to who did R1 recently, said that they didn't ask them to switch, but that could just be selection bias of sorts.

I have my first round for SBA this Friday. I’m not feeling super prepared with my PEIs. Casing prep is getting there, I still have some gaps but I feel slightly confident. Problem is I haven’t had a single practice case go perfectly 100/100.

I just want to know how peoples experiences have been with the r1 and for ppl who got r2, how/what they did in r1
