Hello all! I have always loved reptiles and I have wanted a snake since I was a little girl but my mom has a fear of them so I have had to hold off on getting one. I will have my own apartment in the fall and I am so exited! I am hoping to get a snake or a chameleon of some sort but I don’t want to be that stereotypical person who gets a pet that they’re not prepared for. I’m not looking for exotic I’m just fascinated by reptiles in general and want to make the best decision for my hypothetical future friend and myself. I’m leaning towards a ball python right now but I’m just curious about other options! Please tell me if I should be approaching this a different way or I need more information or anything at all!
