if i lay down and let my lower back relax the amt of pain i am in after is surreal i can’t even get up w out help n it hurting like a mf. once i am up i can’t move at all w out this unbearable sharp pain radiating for 10-15 mins then it gets manageable n then eventually completely goes away probably 20-30 mins even sitting down doesn’t help fully but helps a lot to dull it n i need to be in a certain position. the pain is right where i got a spinal tap but when i was in like 4th grade when i got it n im 24 now is it possible it could be nerve damage from it ?
